Apcoa appeal rejected

Hi All, I appealed an Apcoa PCN for parking on Chippenham station in April, I had paid the £50 fine a few weeks ago to avoid the price increase (yet I now regret doing so after finding this forum!) I dont have a POPLA code and I dont know what to do next. The threads dont seem to have anything about an appeal that wasnt acknowledged.
Complain to Steve Clrk at the BPA that you got no POPLA code of rejection letter from APCOA:

And if it is not resolved by Steve, IGNORE APCOA who never sue anyone and can't hold you liable, as you were not driving and this was not 'relevant land' and so they needed the driver's name and address (and you didn't give it, and won't!).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
