ECP POPLA Appeal Guidance

Hello,
I am hoping someone can give me some guidance or point me in the right direction as I am hoping to get this as good as it can be (POPLA Appeal).
Background - I have somehow managed to fall into some sort of ongoing occurence in respect of parking tickets. I received 5 NTK's for £90.00 each in the post for the same car park (Tesco Supermarket) - I am a regular visitor here as it is very local so find myself going in the mornings and lunch time/late afternoons several weekdays and weekends. I am fully aware this car park is not monitored by ANPR cameras, instead it has parking wardens walking around. On all 5 NTK's they are around the same times, first seen and last seen - morning and late afternoon as when I attend the supermarket.
I appealed the 5 tickets and received evidence back from ECP with photos of the car (time stamped - only one photo per rejection) and blurred window tickets - the appeals were obviously rejected. I did NOT come back to one of these window tickets on my car, hence why I was shocked to get NTK's through the door. This would have been appealed instantly if I got the window tickets as shown in their apparent photograph evidence.
I have a POPLA code for each one although what points are vital to this case for the appeal? I have trawled many forums and most relate to ANPR camera failures etc. although this car park is wardens only. I must be visiting when they start in the morning and check again in the afternoon, a case of BAD TIMING on my behalf, if I knew this would have happened I would never have done 2 trips in a day there.
Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you

Complain to the retail park (it can't only be a Tesco car park as they don't use ECP).
Are you saying ECP have mocked up photos suggesting there were windscreen PCNs each time? Sounds like ghost ticketing and if you have time, why not try to catch them in the act next week?
Park twice like normal, then hang around and watch the 'warden' (who is not such thing, just a sap/deluded employee who should be getting a real job). Film them on your phone, placing, photographing then REMOVING a PCN...
Then take that evidence to the BPA and DVLA and your MP.
As for these POPLA appeals, stop looking for ECP ones, as you say they are usually ANPR version appeals. You want to just put together the usual templates from the NEWBIES thread third post, and add at the top your own first point (not saying who was driving!) telling POPLA that the car was not parked for the duration but simply visited twice and not in contravention of any term on a sign.
Having said that, let's see a pic of the sign please. What does it say about 'no return within' and what do ECP say about what conduct gives rise to a PCN? Sometimes that draft their signs badly so returning isn't even on there!
Surely the car is being parked in a different bay on return each time, not staying in the same bay in the photos?
Ask ECP for all photos of ALL events, all dates and notes made by the 'warden' and make it clear that it's a subject access request under the GDPR (you are entitled to all data, free). It might take a month so get the SAR in now, today, because the POPLA codes will also run out in 30 days.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the response -
I have complained to Tesco and they have advised they are unable to do anything as ECP have right to issue the tickets as they look after it.
I can't confirm that they were putting the ticket on the window and taking it off but who else would want to take it? I certainly didn't have none when I returned.
I was not attempting to locate a generic ECP POPLA Appeal, in general, most appeals regarding times and stuff have a section about the ANPR cameras, I can't find any to read about parking wardens so was looking for information on how to go about appealing with my issue - I should of explained better, apologies.
Photographs - You are correct, the car would have been in a different bay each time as the car park is rather large as it is a superstore. The photo doesn't exactly show the bay or location, just a close up of the back of the car and then one of the ticket on the back windscreen (exact same 1 car photo, 1 ticket photo for each rejection) - I will take a photograph of their evidence and upload.
Thank you0 -
That's not what I said. Tesco didn't contract with ECP. There is no retail park? It's a Tesco Car Park? It doesn't have multiple shops? It is solely for Tesco Customers?
How would I know who owns the car park? The basic thought would be it is their car park considering it's only for their store?0 -
Is it a Tesco Express (small one on a high street, rather than a large Supermarket)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Tesco is a large supermarket, with the car park solely for their customers.0

I have attached the links to the photos above - looks like a generic response, I requested land authority etc.
Thank you again.0 -
You would be wise to obliterate your PoPLA code from that second image.
There are strange people around who might think it funny to appeal on your behalf. :eek:0 -
Thank you for that, check everything over and over to make sure it's all highlighted and clearly didn't work!! Deleted it now! The other 2 imagines should hopefully be sufficient for someone to help me out! I say hopefully!0

When you compile your PoPLA appeal, you must make a strong poor signage point.
That pic of a sign by ECP is terrible - the £90 parking charge is very far from prominent...
...and the small print is very very small, isn't it?
You say there is no ANPR there, so I wonder what a "Sensor Controlled Car Park" is?0
