You!!!8217;re still quite short, as a percentage of your income, from being that close the break even. Even then it!!!8217;ll be miserable paying off minuscule amounts of the 50k living on 100 quid a month food.
You either need to earn more (it sounds like you have enough skills to find something better paid) or sort your pet costs out. Are ther neighbours that can assist if it!!!8217;s for going to the toilet?
Also, were these debts incurred from your current lifestyle etc?0 -
Ok OP, you don!!!8217;t want to change your job, you can!!!8217;t/won!!!8217;t make significant reductions in your outgoings, you can!!!8217;t/won!!!8217;t go bankrupt, so how are you ever going to get rid of this debt?
Have you put your numbers for each debt into the repayment calculator in here? How many years will it take at the current rate? Can you honestly survive for that many years living right on the edge financially with no holidays or treats for any of you, and with no wiggle room for if anything unexpected comes up?0 -
Did you miss the part where I’d reduced the deficit by £500? I’ll take that cant/won’t and turn it into, you just watch me!
Jeez what I would give for a little positivity, you know “you go girl” or “you can do it”
And the answer to your question is 9.75 years at repaying £600 a month.
But I’m going to do it in 5, you just watch me.Debt: £52,071.1:eek:
I'm totally going to pay this off within 5 years, you just watch me.0 -

Well I certainly hope you do, you still have a deficit though.
How did you get on with the dentist?0 -
Well luckily the dentist still had him on file, I always assumed you get chucked off the register after a period of time. The earliest they could do was 10th July but that’s a month earlier than the 7th august. We’ve got the very last appointment so I’ll finish work early.
Then OH and I will go when we’ve got enough in the budget. Probably October I think.
Payday tomorrow which is stressful - going to lock myself out of my banking app so I can’t touch jtDebt: £52,071.1:eek:

You might find it useful to start a Debt Free Wannabe diary to help keep you on track and chart your progress. It could be where you go when you are tempted to spend money.0
