Just had a chat to the guy in store and he gets some info from the Hermes rep, who says he himself only gets 24 hours notice if the prices changes so how long these prices will last is anyone's guess.
They are bringing in a facility to queue all your deliveries at home and then take your smart phone to the store where it will print off all your labels.

RM do this.
2D barcode on the phone. scanned and it prints out a Tracked return label

I don't recall any when I sent and I have never had the "you need to pay extra" email.

Glad you found the prices, it's a considerable saving and it's somewhat hidden on the website really.
