Fineco Bonus not paid

In the prevoius promo I received 2 x bonus from Fineco.
You will receive an email with the bonus confirmation message not immediately from Fineco but some weeks after the end of the procedure.

In the promotion rules page you can view the period within which the message will be sent to you.

I funded my account at beginning of May and I have had emails from Fineco today re Bonuses. I have logged onto the client area and chosen my bonuses (both from being referred and from referring others). They say these will be in my account within 8 days

I had one email this morning thanking me for referring a friend and saying I could choose a bonus.

But I had joined via a referral and subsequently referred a friend, so I expect two bonuses. And I expected the second one to be thanking me for referring a friend, not the first!

What was the wording of your two emails? Perhaps they all say thanks for referring a friend, even if you are the friend?

All three were exactly the same. When I logged on I got the chance to choose the bonus for when I used someone's referral code. I logged off and logged on again and was then able to select bonus for all 3 people that used my referral code. Seems odd that I had to log on twice or maybe it was just bad timing on my part as to when I logged on first.

Thanks for that info. I just logged back in again to find a second bonus pop-up, so same as you, except that i only got the one email. So I'm fully 'bonussed' now, subject to the credits appearing. Just need to remember whose referral code I used (and which worked, as I had three attempts at opening the account) and whether they were offering me a share...(!)

And perhaps close the account as I've not yet seen or read anything about it that makes me think its worth keeping, for me anyway.

Did you go for £ or Euro debit card. I went for Euro card and found it very useful for ATM and contactless payments when I was in Lille last month (I transferred £ to Euro before I went at a very good rate and transferred the balance I had left back into sterling when rate was favourable to me ) so I will probably keep mine with minimal balance until I go to Europe again
