    Yes, Sharon shouldn't take her wine onto the dance floor - pretty obvious really - and wearing white on a trip to the local club is always fraught with risks. Sorry but I think you have to shrug and say it was just one of those accidents waiting to happen and unfortunately this time, Tracey, it happened to you. Go home and soak it in white wine ;)

  • Ah, well that depends on numerous things, such as whether or not the club had a policy of not taking drinks onto the dance floor etc If the club did have such a policy then she would have breached it and therefore have been found liable to the damage caused Basically they most probably would have had, and therefore she probably would have to pay.
