Hi guys, I wonder if any of you have ever won cash with The Sun Puzzle... I am a wordsearch winner, won £50 at the beginning of May and was assured my payment would go through within the month. Well I'm still waiting. I've been trying to contact this person who notified me, Olivia Brett, but she's not answering any of my emails and doesn't answer the phone. Tried posting on their Twitter page, but my tweet doesn't even appear..I have written to The Sun Feedback (the only contact email I could find), but they're ignoring me.
Has any of you had a similar problem with The Sun Puzzle competitions? I'd like to get the ASA involved but I don't know the exact details of the wordsearch comp I won (in my notification email she only said I was a wordsearch winner, so if ASA asks me to be more specific I can't be!) Help, please! xxx

me too emailed them this morning as it is a month now and hasn't gone in,
I was e mailed by Sharna Johnson 0n 17th May £50 from the sportscode.
was going to keep e mailing but as you have tweeted etc not sure what else we can do

just found a live chat section on their contact us page, it was cancelled as no agent available so will try again tomorrow

I've won this twice before and the second payment did take a little longer than the first, but I emailed Olivia Brett and it was paid within a couple of weeks. Perhaps she is on holiday?

Thanks towser44, yes she has been on annual leave but she's been back for a couple of weeks...just ignoring my emails, which is rude

have had an e mail from sharna johnson as I had again sent her an e mail saying it had not gone in, she has appologised and is chasing it up as she thought it was sent on 22nd May, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I got in touch with the Sun Team via telephone, they say they're going to look into it and let me know by the end of the week...We'll see what happens, eh..:think:
