    Who gives a toss who's address it is?
    Just tell them this address XYZ is your address for service and they MUST update their records to reflect this. Also the debt is denied, refer back to your client.
    No need to bring brothers name being the same into this

    Trivial, not complicated at all

    Also, if you take the pee out of one regular, you might get ignored by the rest. Especially asyou still need to demonstrate reading the newbies thread, which you agreed to do when you signed up.

    No. A couple of people out of hundreds here, lost in 2017 and just paid about £175. No CCJ remains at all, nothing.
