o2 Mobile Phone Query
I have a very old Samsung S4 mobile phone. I got the phone on a pay monthly contract with o2 paying separately for the phone and the tariff. The phone was paid off over a year ago and currently I pay £6.24 per month for the tariff only on a contract up until April 2019.
The phone is starting to play up and knocks itself off every so often so I am thinking of upgrading. Upgrades with o2 are quite expensive and I can get a much better deal with Tesco.
Is there anyway I can get out of my contract with o2 early? It is still cheaper to go to Tesco and continue paying the £6.24 a month to o2 but I hate paying out for something that I am not using.
Thanks

have you priced buying a phone without a new contract and using your current sim in it?0

It's not necessary, and not usually the best price overall, to replace your S4 with a handset supplied by a network - look for the best deal on your choice of new phone, SIM-free, and compare.Evolution, not revolution0

Thanks never thought of that option. Will see what is available? Any suggestions?Val
