Blue Air - untraceable compensation

Hi all,
Not sure if anyone has faced this scenario before.
After a significant delay to our return flight Milan to Liverpool in Oct 2017, I claimed for compensation under the EU rules. After initially denying & then requesting lots of information repeatedly, Blue Air finally agreed to compensate me 250 Euros per passenger in March 2018. They told me that it would take about 30 days for the money to be transferred to my bank account.
I emailed them again after 5 weeks as I still hadn't received the money in my account. Thye replied back to say they had already transferred the compensation about 3 weeks before. I checked with my bank - the bank is sure no transfer has happened or been attempted/blocked etc. I emailed Blue Air again to tell them I definitely haven't received the compensation & can they please confirm which bank account they have transferred the money to? That was about 5 weeks ago & I still haven't had any reply from them.
I am obviously going to contact them again but what wanted to check what options are available to me to escalate this. I don't just want to rant to them & make any unreasonable threats. At the same time they have agreed to transfer the compensation which I still haven't received.

It is the airline's responsibility to ensure you receive your compensation.
    3 things could have happened:
    1. Blue air haven't made the payment as promised.
    2. Blue air have paid the wrong person/account.
    3. Someone's bank have made an error.
1 is the most likely. If it were me, now send an NBA making it quite clear you will progress to small claims court or ESCP, giving 14 days for payment to be in your account and cleared.

Thanks a lot for your reply JPears.
Can I please check what is ESCP? Google hasnt really helped as most of the results are for European Business School.

Euro small claims process. Basically allows you to use local (if they know what they are doing) county court to issue small claims in Europe. Download Vauban's superb ghuide and look for Dr Watson's excellent notes on the ESCP process.
