Ex display leather sofas

Hi we recently bought ex display leather sofas from retail outlet which came from a leading well known manufacturer(they were not cheap)
I could not see any skufs and marks on the sofas when i did a walk round, but i was so insistent on this issue that the invoice (said do any marks). the person in the shop said that they would go over the sofas and make sure they were right before they were delivered. The sofas were delivered well wrapped.
After unpacking we noticed skufs and marks on the stitching on the front edge of the sofas. There was also an area where the stitching was not as it should be and a hole in the same place although this was not visible where the stitching had not be attached correctly presumably in the factory. The sofas had a 6 month guarantee.
At the time of purchase i was not made aware of any defects which would have influenced my decision to buy.
Could anybody advise me if we have a right to reject under the 2015 consumer rights act and ask for a refund.

I have often found ex-display to be sold as seen so no comeback but it will depend on the terms of your purchase.0 -
Skuffs and marks could have been caused after purchase. Looked like they were caused by trying to pass through an opening which was to small. I did ask the question about getting rid of any marks before delivery. I would have thought that the bill of sale should have stated sold as seen no returns but it didnt.0

It it had stated that, it would've been illegal. Nothing is ever "sold as seen" when buying from a business and misleading a consumer about their rights can amount to a criminal offence.
If there were any marks, the smart thing for the shop to do would be to document them on your invoice. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
