Poor signage is always a strong defence point, take photographs with a car alongside. Read this

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2014/07/ukcps-claim-dismissed-judge-rules.html

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

you need to adapt that template as its a different PPC and a different location

yes you should send it , but nothing you can do will get these charges dismissed, the PPC smell blood and want their money

once these have been appealed than CP PLUS have 6 years to take you to court

however, if a driver admits that they were driving , they greatly reduce their chance of success, plus PPC,s read these forums and take screenshots so the following words must not be used

    "MY , ME , MYSELF & I"

    so edit your posts accordingly

the DRIVER drove on the day

the KEEPER or LESSEE (or hirer) is the person receiving the demands

so stay as LESSEE/KEEPER when telling your story, when appealing and if these proceed to a court date

the ability to pay or not has never been relevant in court cases , even down and outs and homless people are taken to court and lose money if they have broken laws etc

the idea that up to £100 per ticket is excessive has not been held to be true since the BEAVIS case 2 years ago, plus its been pretty standard since before 2012 !!

so an unlikely argument to make, and an even harder argument to win

    LANDOWNER AUTHORITY
    POOR AND INDEQUATE SIGNAGE
    any CoP failures
    POFA2012 FAILURES
    not the same as BEAVIS

those are the winning legal arguments if a court case ensues in the next 6 years

dont expect a magic bullet, there isnt one , you are in this for the long haul , so in future just assume you CANNOT park on private land unless the landowner or their Managing Agent says so (its obvious that a tesco car park is for shoppers visiting tesco , not for anyone to just park up regardless)

my local Morrissons now has ECP monitoring the car park due to builders and lorry drivers etc thinking its free parking for their vans and lorries !!

we will advise you on the facts, but dont expect us to condone the actions of the driver

    Obviously not:
Civil Enforcement has no reason to contact Lex Autolease again

...but yes as long as you adapt it to show the right companies, do send that online to CP Plus for each and every PCN. This will work.
