Manchester to heraklion delay - 30 may 2018

Can anybody advise how to check actual departure and arrival times of a delayed flight MT1124 to Heraklion from Manchester on 30.5.18.
We had a 3+ hours delay in departing from Manchester, we sat on the plane for over an hour in stifling heat. The cabin crew were on board and had to open the aircraft doors as people were complaining about the delay, the heat and no air conditioning, and toddlers on board were getting distressed and some were led to the doors to cool off. The Pilot boarded long after the cabin crew and passengers his first words he announced were "Good morning, I don't know what story they have told you this morning but I will tell you the truth. They had no Pilot for this flight and they had to bring me in." All passengers were offered a complimentary drink once the delayed flight took off.
There was a further delay at baggage collection once we arrived and we also missed our transfers.
The first day of our holiday was ruined.
A journey that started from home at 4.30 a.m. ended at our holiday accommodation at 7.30 p.m.

Hi Dogsb0dy,
If you arrived late by 3 hours or more you are due compensation. Put your claim in for 400Euros per passenger.
