Just to clarify,some points
Apologies Lady Dee, when someone nicks your weeks state pension, its a bit sore and I snapped back when I should not have.
The P & P for the free gift was correct and no issues, after investigation it makes sense and I get to keep them so they are free.
The two additional charges totalling £166 were for items that are currently being shipped and not yet received by me.
I downloaded the T & C's and there is a refund policy that allows 30 days for refund minus shipping so after much negotiation, I have two invoices detailing full refund and the goods in transit will be refused at the door and returned to sender, all agreed with the seller.
As I said a salutatory lesson but a good result in the end but the seller is Fashioncentral-watches.com if anyone else is blighted by this unfortunate trauma.0 -
