    a) you're not going to manage a rejection on the basis of wear and tear of something that's not intended to be stood on
    b) you actually need to own said vehicle to reject it - dreams/fantasies don't count


    Presumably there's still no pictures of the damaged sills so other owners can see the scale of the problem (and yes I have owned one)

    I assume you do realise that, in the unlikely event, you are allowed to return the car that the dealership can reduce the refund to reflect the use you have had. A reduction is not usually allowed in the first 6 months but there is an exception for vehicles.
