well done harry
better to be £129 up than say £179 down
just goes to show how another stupid roboclaim bites the dust0 -
"Did you not press him on unreasonable behaviour costs? They wasted court time, (and your own), putting you to all that work, dragging you to court, failing to submit documents, not turning up. If that is not unreasonable I do not know what is."
Yes I did! he didn't even want to see my schedule of costs until I insisted he looked at them. he questioned why I wanted costs reimbursed I said for all of my wasted time/money etc!! then he looked at my costs draft and said he could settle for the £129... at this point I was just so happy to have won he could've given me £1 back and I would've said yes!0 -
Well, you tried. Make life a bit more difficult for the scammers, if you have not already done so, complain to your MP.
It is the will of Parliament that these scammers be put out of business. Hopefully that will take place in the near future. The Bill has passed its third reading in the Commons without a hitch, and goes to the Lords soon.
In the meantime involve your MP, the poor dears are buckling under the weight of complaints about these scammers. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
he questioned why I wanted costs reimbursed
