Hi Couponmad,
You mentioned that UKCPM aren't in the BPA and there's no such thing as a code of conduct but I can see they are signed up here:
https://www.britishparking.co.uk/BPA-Members
With the code of practice published here:
https://www.britishparking.co.uk/Code-of-Practice-and-Compliance-Monitoring
I quoted from this in my defence - shouldn't I have??0 -
But they are not BPA AOS members.
See here: BPA Approved Operators
They are IPC AOS members.
See here: IPC Accredited Operator Scheme Members
With their Code of practice:

Should I file a cost schedule with my WS?0

You could do, yes, with all your evidence and a contents page for the Judge to follow it. In a ring binder, nice and ordered, with the date/time of the hearing and the Claim number and 'your name/Defendant' on the top.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
So I have received their witness statement today and they have included all the bits I have previously asked for. Including photographs at different angles, which aren't as clear as my own recreation. This would have been the money shot for me and maybe got a payment from me.
However they have also enclosed a map of signs that shows there was not a sign in my car park (again - they ignored my advice there) and the fact I said I wouldn't engage anymore unless they answered my questions.
Not sure what to make of this...0 -

Hi all,
Thanks for all your combined efforts I had my court hearing this morning and won!
They did not turn up (but said they wouldn't in the witness statement) and the judge just spent the 10/15 mins summarising the points of my defence and their witness statement. He didn't touch on mine, really.
He said because they didn't touch on the point of my permit was displayed in their witness statement and that they weren't in court he has no choice but to strike out the case.
He asked if it had cost me anything to get there and I guided him to the appendix of my cost schedule (generous sum if £480 - I infact spent a lot more time on the process than I noted as to be realistic) he said he couldn't give me my £182 for day of leave, the max he could award me here was £100. He said my postage costs and costs of obtaining phone records could not be claimed in small claims and I could only get £10ph for "litigation in person". All in all I was awarded £200 because the judge deemed UKCPM to be unreasonable in the points he mentioned above.
I did want to push more for the other unreasonable behaviours to get more compensation for my wasted time (not allowing me to appeal, lieing that I didn't call them, the fact the evidence in their statement showed they did not display a sign and I had already told them that but it still formed 30% of their WS hence they claim money for "time spent" but do not spend any time even reading anything I put effort into writing), but I was far to nervous and happy it was over.
Thanks again!! - nice little sum just before Xmas.
