NCP PCN to Keeper - POFA 2012 non compliant ( I think)

Yep! If they are not even contesting my appeal don!!!8217;t see why they shouldn!!!8217;t have upheld my original appeal! Clearly told them I was appealing as the keeper of the vehicle and pretty sure it was non compliant so waste of everyone!!!8217;s time! Thanks again all!0

If this is for registering as NTK, would this fit for all other operators such as Total Parking Solutions and changing the company names from within and removing the grace period? Or is it only from a case by case basis, I’m still struggling with putting something together for the TPS, but it’s basically appealing to POPLA as NTK.0
