flight delay compensation strategic airway

Hello there
I booked a holiday with a travel agent on 15th may 2012 for travel 16th may2012.
Form of payment:credit card visa.
Airline :strategic airways
Delay:24hours due technical reasons.
Strategic airways went bust in May2012.
I know it's a little late but do I have a claim and if so how do i take it further?

You might have had a claim then but the airline is longer exists and anyway you would have had 6 years to start proceedings and that has now passed so no claim0
