I am ready to complete with my purchase. We had an issue with builders so or mortgage offer (with Barclays) expired and there were a lot of issues around the extension to the mortgage.
But no matter, All our funds (from our side) are with the solicitor,
Valuation was completed and certificate of title has now been received by Barclays as of today.
Does anyone have experience of how long it will be now until Barclays release the funds and we complete?
Was hoping for the end of the week but this may not be possible as told by our solicitor. Our mortgage adviser was more hopeful
Many thanks for any help!
