UK CPM and their PCN in the private parking space, while I was travelling

Thirded, you must opt out of the scheme. I would actually move house if it were me, would NEVER live where UKCPM or PCM or similar ex-clampers infest the place.

What about the day the sun causes the permit holder to peel off, what about the day UKCPM change the permits over Christmas/New Year (they always do) and not tell you, then fine everyone who still has the 'old' one...
