Yes (I'm guessing you have 10 people using the internet at the same time for streaming music and online gaming and are on a sub 2Mbps speed) or no (maybe it's just you using the internet for general browsing and get a steady 10Mbps speed).
However, for a more informed response you need to say what speeds you are getting on ADSL, how many people use the connection and for what.0 -
