Hot water tank not heating off peak

Hello, I have Telford tempest boiler with timeswitch. I have programmed off peak heating and I can use manual/timed boosts. Boost is working but I have problem as off peak heating water is not working. It's lighting Economy on timeswitch but in the morning I don't have hot water. Don't forget to switch your suppliers - whether you are on single rate or E7 you will be on an expensive tariff.

PS your boiler problem may be simply a 13a fuse.
