Update from my previous post. Sent proof of my £150 debit card deposit to Hitachi recently. Cheque for the £150 deposit arrived today from Hitachi. thanks for the advice everyone and good luck with your refunds0

Apparently my deposit has been ring fenced. So i currently have a claim with the administrators for the deposit and also with Hitachi the finance company .
No idea whos gonna pay me lol0
