Error on Sky Go

I am trying to use Sky Go app on my laptop and get an error "PFE 9500" when I try to use it
Sky appears to have dispensed with LIVE CHAT - So I tried txt help
The person who replied told me that someone from support was now available - I waited for 15 minutes with no response
Anyone got any ideas as to the error message ?

Thanks - I must plug and external speaker into my laptop - in order to fix this error !
I am using Bluetooth headphones though !

Sky still have live support,it only shows when advisors are free.
The 'text' (Messenger) service is not designed for instant support

You either want to fix it or you don't. That's the fix
