    so send them an SAR bomb and find out, plus do the same with the DVLA and with the Parking company (PPC) as well (was it Car Parking Partnership = CPP or somebody else at the time ?)


    ie- gather your evidence and at the same time make them do some work under the new GDPR


    get pro active


    its all been described in a recent GDPR thread on here, and you must be aware of this GDPR law as everybody has been inundated with emails about it ( 25 may 2018 )


    and do not worry about DRP, they are powerless and nothing will happen from them at alll


    its the parking company and any solicitors they employ that you need to be forewarned about, so get on the case now with a SAR bomb to them all

    Was it Euro Car Parks or Horizon? The former (ECP) never sue, and DRP can't.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
