SP>SSE 5k nectar points
Comments
-
Progress being made eventually since go live data 28th June.
Logged into sse and I have my 1st part bill for a few days -£13 approx.
Nice to see my meter readings today, thankfully.
Only once slight concern projected use 1720 kws daily
5715 night use
This doesn't seem correct I'm closer to 60 daily 40 nightly when I used SP.
Is my projected use worth calling sse?
Excellent though that sse have my own read readings which I can update in due course or every few weeks.
Managed to call Nectar I can call late July if my 5k points have;t been added.
Sad to be advised in Homebase yesterday they aren't accepting nectar card anymoreReplenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
Final SP bill in post yesterday.
Approx £50 debate £50 refund in 14 days -nice suprise.
All that's required is a cold winter +heating to test SSE for future use.

Last reply since 9th June thanks mser's for any comments.
Today I got an nectar e-mail
16 Jul 2018BONUS: Nectar eShops 5,000pts Collected
That's my sse offer complete-much sooner, considering I'm not due to make my 1st electricity payment until 28th July.
Total+32 UK pound nectar points a little disappointed Homebase are no longer accepting nectar points though I'll search and decide if I want to build or make use of these points.
Sse were slow in updating my meter reading as initially though appears to be sorted-I hope.
Next step for me is when I use eco7 storage heaters over winter and try and keep within 81 pounds per month.
Haven't had a chance to check if SP 50 pounds refund has went into bank.
Thanks mser's this swap to sse was enticing with the points offer-beating bulb who's winter fuel payment critearea stopped me choosing them.
Good luck with mse'r choice of fuel provider.
I know if costs rise considerably after winter then I'll pay 25 pounds to exit if required.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
Late reply via this June thread.
As I'm with sse approx 3 weeks through July and my meter readings are updating correctly.
Do sse ammend or lower DD's if I'm going to be paying above what I'm using.
Currently owe £36 approx inlcuding today -let's say 10-15 next week could be £50 per month.
My DD has been set@ £81 per month.
Whilst I understand eco7 storage heaters will be switched on over winter.
Is there potential savings to be made with my usage.

Think I'll re visit this thread during winter months.
Nice to make 1st sse debit today£81.
My initial part month switch left a starter balance £44 credit approx.
Any credit built up until Sept/Oct allows me to use storage heaters.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0
