Hi all .. I have letter from debt logic saying I owe £160 from a unpaid parking fine . This letter is the first I was aware of any parking fine which I have explained numerous times .. but they are getting quite funny on the emails saying they will recieve payment off me on June 1st .. I won’t be paying the fine simply because it was the only letter I have saying I had a fine .. what are the consequences I could face and I will be fighting it all the way .. they seem very dodgy as well because the debt letter I got off them the date the demand the payment on is a month before I recieved the letter which I explained and there answer was It’s in USA format ????0

You need to start a new thread of your own after reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, fourth post, if you still then can't understand how to deal with debt collectors!
