Paypal help they have recalled payment

I have had two recharges done back to me saying people didn't get their stuff. They have been legitimate buyers, confirmed addresses, left me good feedback, then months later they get their money back saying their credit card has been unauthorised.
Just a quick point, surely if they left +ive feedback that goes to show that the purchase was authorised. Another example of Paypal/ebay not giving two hoots about their customers!
On a related note when selling stuff on ebay I always insist that if people want to pay with paypal they must get recorded or next day delivery, something that give proof of delivery as I know too many people who have been caught out with this scam.Debt in June-03 - £24,000

Savings greater than debt!
