Hope all went well PMYou got up 6 minutes before me PM! Hope hospital visit goes OK.
No rain here but cloudy and cooler. I washed my car at ten to 6 this morning - it was loppy since we had the front garden block paved.
Jammy devil SnD - 2 days, I'd love that, I do 4 and a half!
Morning CW and everyone else
Wow, you were busy early this morning jeferey!
I do love my 2 days. Great work/life balance.0 -

Sorry PM, just been catching up. So sorry to hear your news. Let's hope for a positive outcome from the next lot of tests and procedure. Do you know when that will be?0 -
Snd I'm taking some meds to remove the effects of the fertility drugs so have to wait for them to work then redo the tests and start self injections, fun. Why is life never simple.
How are you doing?

Morning folks. Where has summer gone? Grey, damp and miserable here again today.
I am not too bad thanks PM. Not looking forward to this weekend as it will be a year since dad died, so with that on Saturday and Father's Day on Sunday, not the best of weekends for us. Only positive thing is that we will then have all the 1st of everything done, birthday, Christmas etc.
Still not sure that that will make these days any easier though. Miss my dad so much as we were so close. I am close to mum, but was always "daddy's girl". As I said to hubby the other day, dad was my best friend in life until hubby came along, then dad became my second best friend. He was always someone I could turn to no matter what and he would give advice without judgement. Always admired him for that, plus the fact that he was one of life's real gentlemen.
Have a good day all. I am off to the hairdresser this morning for some highlights and a cut, not my ideal way to spend a morning, but it needs doing.0 -
Good morning everyone
What a miserable looking day it is, grey and cloudy skies and cooler as well.
Will need to wear a coat if I go out.

IKWYM CW - I only have 1 water butts with a bit of water in, the other 2 are empty.
My request - rain at night and sun in the day please, not much to ask is it:rotfl:
Defo not too much to ask Jeferey. Sounds like the perfect solution to eveeryone's needs.
Rain 11 pm to 6.00 am then and sunny and dry all day. :rotfl:We wish:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Try and remember your dad when he made you smile, when he held your hand, when he put his arm around you and gave you a hug. Remember all the nice things, the good things about him. But remember him with a little smile not sadness. He wouldn't want you to be sad.
(((hugs)))

Good Morning everyone:)
Same here SND grey raining (only lightly thou) and cold. It was similar in morning yesterday then turned out ok so fingers crossed all thou certainly doesn't look like it atm. Hard to believe we already in middle of June:eek:
PM really sorry to hear the treatment hasn't worked and know you must be feelin pretty low atmbut you have to keep some hope that it will happen for you in the future. You always here of these wonderful stories maybe one day you will be back here posting yours and am sure everyone here will be wishing this for you.
I think it is one of the frustrating things in life that some people can go on giving life to children that are neglected abused and just a meal ticket, when so many others who can give a loving home where they will be cherished and cared for are unable or have great difficulties to achieve this. Can't get the image of that vile man who set fire and killed his 6 children for what! revenge it is heartbreaking. Sorry will get of my soap box now:o0 -
...and the same here in Sheffield too - light drizzle - I like to think this is still Spring so we have a chance of a decent summer.
Can you believe the longest day is only just over a week away
Morning allIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0
