The only dissapointing thing was going to do the M&S meal deal with coupon at MK but the Luton one didn't have self scan so put them back and left it. So not sure whether going to get the chance now to go before meal deal finishes.

I went into a small M&S yesterday which also didn't have SS tills. Went through with one lot of stuff, (chose SA carefully) and it worked fine, so went back for another lot. Was prepared to put stuff back if it didn't work and go to my usual store but didn't need to. :j:j

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Now I understand your txt you were caught up in it poor you:(:(:( thank goodness you had something to eat before. Hope you had something to keep you warm, suppose a reminder to keep a blanket and maybe flask of warm drink like a mini survival kit if travelling any distance atm.

Did you see them on telly snowed in on the M6? I was on a diff motorway but very nr there and it was like that. I think I was prob lucky as any longer setting off/joining the motorway and I would have been on all night. Luckily I had 2 large coffees (one in my thermos mug) I had just got from mcd's and some sp water and a 6 pack of crisps. Oh and I had just picked up a starter kit, so some wipes and nappies :D
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    hi BW

unfortunately some may not work now as some plonker on FB has hacked the system so people can get numerous codes. many are now getting code used messages which is why i posted the message as i'd hate for you to miss them

although reading around i gather the sun codes were worked out on hukd and shouldn't all have been available yet
    so a complete mess up

hope you get at least 1 to work

    and thanks aesop for texting.

I cannot understand these idiots who do stuff like hacking and then brag about it. It's a bit like people who post on their FB timeline they have £300 worth, cannot understand that either:cool::cool: I am very wary that they may cancel all accounts/codes that have them in before the last word has been given so not going to try anymore till tomorrow thanks MT. I will then try them all in diff accounts as it does say one per account and I have a few diff ones. It is easy to do train tickets through diff accounts as you just do one way rather than a return.

Don't you go on trains MT/won't it be good for day trips with kids?

Yes, plenty of M&S dine in in the freezer now! We only ever get red wine, so you would definitely be OK. Had a party last night and no-one drank any white wine or beer! Everyone wanted red! Would have been much happier keeping the red for us and giving out the white! Never mind, will have to drink white instead.

Blue - stop looking - party was for hubby's ex colleagues who couldn't come to his "official" retirement do last October, so they all came to us yesterday. Leftovers for tea tonight and probably tomorrow, but hey ho, I am not complaining. Just eaten a slice of meringue roulade, told hubby it might go soggy if I don't use it up quickly.

Leftover pudding for after our meal tonight will be chocolate bread and butter pudding - real comfort food now that it is wet and windy here.

Will invite you to the next party we have ;);)

I've also been shopping with OH today and taken advantage of M & S generosity:cool: a few times. 4 meal deals and some whoopsied chicken, sausages, fish & cheese. Total spend £80 + - actual paid £33:T:T:T

What mains did you get SnD - I got steak, cod bake, gammon & chicken with mozarella & tomatoes. They had a lot of choice unlike last week with the £5 deal - I was spoilt for choice:)

like you think the are very stupid
you might have the right idea and they might try and sort this by simple cancelling them all.

don't use trains so glad to help those who do.
