Morning all..

I have placed many orders in the past with Debenhams most have been OK but they do have a tendancy to not fulfil saying now out of stock with lots of items once the order is placed. Never realised about the situation with them holding funds on your card before thou:eek: suppose never been a problem as never near my limit on card.

Returned some clothing before Christmas to a store which they then told me was out of 28 days which they weren't so even thou had the receipt saying what I had paid they would only return at the further reduced price and on a gift card:mad:. When I got home checked despatch details and indeed they were well within timescale so had to contact Customer Services and they refunded the difference to CC but so
frustrating why it wasn't dealt correctly in the store and then had to use it from a gift card rather than returned to my CC.

I was in contact with PM yesterday before I fell asleep in the middle of a text to her. Her boiler has been sorted. They buried the birds and she is sad, but ok

Thanks:beer: IS think we got the same email but we use the tastecard midweek for 2for1 and weekend we use the T's clubcard vouchers, think we may go this lunch time after Les Miserables:j;)

Good morning all - feeling a lot better today and I actually got dressed and went out for a couple of hours with a friend yesterday but, dear me, this virus has sure taken it out of me as I felt (and looked) lol like a limp lettuce when I got home. Enjoyed it though and I was slowly going loopy stuck indoors continuously for 10 days so welcomed the change of scenery.:T

Genmod - glad the eye problem is a little better. Conjuntivitis is horrible so you have my sympathy.:T

PM - please let us know you are ok. We are very worried for your safety esp in your current situation.

Yes please IS - I love love love Pizza Express and I finally converted OH to pizzas - he has never been over keen on pizza - after going there on the DM promo. Thank you.:beer::):):beer:
