Agree with you lovely to look out the window and see it all crisp fresh and undisturbed :T but don't like having to go out in it. :rotfl: As a small child in Scotland would love when it snowed as we lived in a small villiage we would be cut off so no school:j problem was we were so small and the snow so deep it would cover us which could be quite frightening as a child. Remember opening the back door and all the snow fell inside the house. Do people remember constantly having power cuts also which seemed to coinside with the severe weather and burst pipes. Made worse by no central heating and only coal fires in the living rooms:eek: probs why remember so many burst pipes.0 -
Just popped on to say how sorry I am about your birds PM, and I hope you have got your boiler checked out and all is safe and well.
TS, FT, CW - Hope you are all on the mend now and Chatmum -hope baby will soon be over his teething.
Belated birthday wishes Blue.
I am feeling much better now, I think my eyes are just about back to normal (having gone to the doctors and got a prescription). We had a lovely sunny day on Wednesday and I played my first round of golf for over six weeks! Felt very tired the next day - it's surprising how quickly you become unfit when not doing anything physical!
Doc, I hope the job situation sorts itself out soon for you.
Glad to hear your eyes are much better Genmod :j it is so uncomfortable and itchy:(.
