How to engage a Spanish solicitor to fight a flight delay compensation with Iberia

Does anyone know how to engage a Spanish solicitor to fight a flight delay compensation with Iberia. Because my flight from Costa Rica to London involved a connection via Madrid I had to go to the Spanish aviation authorities. They have ruled in my favour but Iberia are refusing to pay. All the flight compensation delay solicitors I find when I search online will only deal with UK cases.

Can anyone help point me in the direction of how I fight this in a Spanish court if I am in the UK?

Was your flight from Costa Rica to London via Madrid all on one ticket? I assume you were delayed in Madrid but compensation is based on your arrival time at your final destination. What were the circumstances of your flight (details)
