Gladstones - Letter Before Claim (PCM)

@Dookdik17095, it's over four years since anyone posted on this thread.Dookdik17095 said:Im dealing with Gladstones , and they are tricky , only one Letter before claim but they are hiding the alleged number of violations that CPM are claiming is it 3 or 4 ??? I have pointed out to them twice that their client CPM issued 4 tickets for my private parking space but Gladstones only seem to be interested in 3 so I am naturally suspicious .... especially as Gladstone own letters to me contradict themselves on the ticket numbers quoted ,, is it incompetence or deliberate misinformation by them ????
Would your post be better placed on your existing thread?3 -
I have just received and Email from Gladstones head of litigation The gist of it is below :'' Further to previous correspondence, we confirm our instruction has been withdrawn and our files pertaining to the matters referenced above have been closed.''so it seems they have folded when faced with my arguments and willingness to defend myself against them and their vexatious scamming client CPM,,A win for me and my advisers thankyou

As advised by @KeithP above, you need to post this on your own thread!Dookdik17095 said:I have just received and Email from Gladstones head of litigation The gist of it is below :'' Further to previous correspondence, we confirm our instruction has been withdrawn and our files pertaining to the matters referenced above have been closed.''so it seems they have folded when faced with my arguments and willingness to defend myself against them and their vexatious scamming client CPM,,A win for me and my advisers thankyou

Latest update.
I need to attend court for the hearing. Is this to be expected?0 -
Yes.subzero1988 said ... back in 2020:last time they actually set a court date, I submitted my defence and witness statement then they backed off. I'm sure the same will happen again if they do follow through with the latest one!

Getting a Hearing DATE through is normal and you already know from the NEWBIES thread to prepare your WS & evidence.
As you said yourself (above) in 2020 when you had been through this before.
Hopefully, you also know what most likely happens when, from reading the DCB Legal discontinuances thread by @Umkomaas
I don't think we knew you had a current claim, unless you have two threads?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Sorry you're right, I've posted in the wrong thread.
I'll repost in the correct one1
