Just wanted to give you a idea of how dark it was and how the sign looked

Not bad, but if that's your car on the left of the group, a sign is right in front:

Just to update -
29th August Gladstones replies to my response to their LBC, I’ll post this up later when I’m home. But they said I had 30 days before they take legal action.
Then on the 19th September, without any warning, I get a CCJ through saying I need to pay £266, but I had nothing through to them prior, giving me a chance to defend myself. I just rung them up and they told me that on 10th August they issued a letter saying I needed to pay or go to court, I definitely didn’t receive this though, because I have full intentions of fighting this.
The woman said that I can now apply to take it to court, which will cost me £250, if the judge even accept that application, I could potentially be £250 down from the application to take it to court and also £260 to Gladstones.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? I would post the CCJ but I still can’t upload images to my posts.
Thanks0 -
From where did the CCJ come? Did you receive court papers from Northampton before the "alleged" court case?1

Here’s the letter, I’ve had absolutely no other correspondence from the court prior to this, but after ringing them up on the number provided, they told me they had sent out something to me before the CCJ on 10th August, which I definitely didn’t receive.0 -
I was hoping that it was fake but my credit rating has now dropped as I have CCJ against my name, checked it on a site I use to keep track of my credit score0

Did they say they had used your address for service? Have you moved recently?1 -
Sorry what do you mean for service? I'm assuming they'd have used the same address they sent the CCJ to, and I havent moved recently.
Its just confusing, the likihood of it going missing in the post is minimal, and now i've technically missed my chance to submit my defence, i'm just concerned that the judge won't accept my application to appeal now.0
