Offered vouchers, requested cash, what next?

Hi,
I have been offered Wizz Air vouchers for a delay but responded that I want cash not vouchers. Is there any time frame (legal or not) for them to respond? The offer for vouchers was on the 30th April 2018. Obviously they acknowledge that I am due compensation because of the delay.
How long should I wait and what should I say if I have to email them again about getting cash.
Thanks

Are you 100% sure you are due compensation? Put your flight details into bottonline and euclaim and see what they say. How much in vouchers were you offered?. What were your flight details and were you delayed or had your flight cancelled.0

Yes, the flight landed 4 hours late. I asked for 250 euros compensation per person in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004 and they offered 300 euro vouchers per person.
Bott + co say I can claim 250 Euro per person.
They say
"If you choose compensation by Wizz Air credit, this will be considered as a settlement of your claim for compensation under Regulation 261 between you and Wizz Air Hungary Kft (!!!8220;Wizz Air!!!8221;)."
So I emailed back saying no thanks, I would like cash compensation please. Now wondering what happens next...0 -
You are entitled to cash and unless you receive by, say, 7 days from your email rejecting the vouchers, you should send them an NBA giving them 14 days to pay and if they still don't pay, sue them.0

I rejected the vouchers 5 weeks ago and haven't received any response.
Should I send an NBA or should I contact AviationADR first? That's where I'm a bit confused.

Send an NBA. The issue of compensation has already been resolved.0

Are you willing to go to court? If not, I'd suggest the latter as they'll almost certainly rule in your favour and it's free anyway. Be aware that AviationADR is a slooow process.
On the ADR website they say;
To be eligible to make a complaint against an airline, you must have already complained to the airline directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given the airline eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute. Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd can only deal with unresolved complaints.
I suppose I could use the ADR after 8 weeks has passed since last email from Wizz air?0
