INDIGO Train Station Parking Ticket

Hi All,
I did receive a parking ticket 10-04-2018 at the Northampton train station, for not scratching my daily parking ticket (The scratch card type). Having read previous post from the Newbies, I did ignore with the assumption that I wouldn't receive a NOTICE TO OWNER letter and this will all go away in 6 months.
I however received one notice in the post on the 29th of MAY, from PCN ADMIN CENTER ( OVERDUE PENALTY NOTICE TO OWNER) also stating that my data has been released by DVLA as their client has reasonable clause under Regulation 27(1) of the Road Vehicles.
However, now the Amount has increased to £127 with some threats to go to court etc..
I am unsure of what to do, either to still keep ignoring or appeal this or pay and just move on.
Any expert suggestions will be very beneficial.
Thank you

Do a very simple search on this forum - read all the Indigo threads. The advice is consistent throughout. We really cannot type out the same pages and pages of advice every time the same Indigo Railway case crops up, usually 5-6 times every week.
Do a forum search on key words, including the obvious 'Indigo Railway' and 'Indigo Byelaws' (among others) to find everything you need to know.
Also, please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1, to learn about the game in which you are now entangled.HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:
Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

There is no recommended option to PAY this scam, so forget that!
No need for any more threads about Indigo at railway car parks:

Your chances of getting it cancelled on appeal are zero, but it will all die a death in 6 months. Please no more questions (unless I am wrong in 6 months time); we have no time to keep repeating the same advice that never changes on these ones - and we don't need updates re the ZZPS and QDR scary letters.
Seen those tedious letters more than enough, by reading other threads the same, and so will you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your response. I do appreciate. having read all the other post and threads, I have seen the 6 months death time and I am happy with that.0 -
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.
