I've just tried both Online Banking and the Mobile App, neither of which are working.
It never ceases to amaze me that some banks seem to be incapable of updating their systems without throwing the entire thing into chaos. :think:A cunning plan, Baldrick? That going back to the old format as soon as you actually want to do something is odd!
Makes you wonder why they bothered to change anything as the front end is little more than a summary - it doesn't do anything.
You need to bear in mind they are phasing in the changes. The manage account section will be revamped in the coming months.Did you really mean to put loose?
