    I've just tried both Online Banking and the Mobile App, neither of which are working.

    It never ceases to amaze me that some banks seem to be incapable of updating their systems without throwing the entire thing into chaos. :think:

    You need to bear in mind they are phasing in the changes. The manage account section will be revamped in the coming months.
