    Well boiler fixed, the tradesman said condensation had built up and clogged something up. He had a strong accent and didnt understand most of what he said but something about condensation biuilt up and maybe pressing on something, pressing on the fan maybe?

    Did you ask your installer for your filled in and signed Benchmark? It's proof your boiler was installed legally and to the correct standards. It's also a legal requirement.

    I am a little concerned all of this wasn't explained to you properly and if your installer is actually allowed to work on gas.
