Advice before I do anything
I took a out an o2 sim only deal last year and I am about to come into my last month on the deal before it is renewed and the price increases.
The first thing I’m going to do is ring them up and see if they can give me another deal. However if they say no what are my options, apart from saying I will go elsewhere?
They currently have deals for new sim only contracts on their website - am I able to close my account and sign up again on the website? I would prefer to stay with o2 so would like to know if this is possible before I ring or close my account.

As far as I can see their sim only offers aren't for "new" customers only so getting one of them for you shouldn't be a problem. Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and Tesco all run on the O2 network so use their prices to gt a better deal. If they don't budge ask for the PAC, that usually does the trick.0
