Also, you seem to state you are a system admin at different companies at the bottom of each of your posts.

Think you should keep it on for longer keeping an eye on the disk and cpu temps. run some diags and give it a workout to see how high the temps go?
Still no Model number?0 -
I did comment but the post has gone missing?
I would do what the others have previously suggested, after that I would make sure all the cables are correctly seated, use HDtune to check that smart was ok https://superuser.com/questions/29240/how-can-i-read-my-hard-drive-s-smart-status-in-windows-7
next test would be a memory tester, for me that would be a bootable version of Linux Mint on a usb. If this passes too would think mboard or cpu?
to be honest even if the disk has failed (memory is cheaper, but there is not much in it), by the time you get a new part and pay someone to fit it, you are better of with this as it is somewhat quicker, with double the ram and cost £55

There are some on there for £25 which are better than yours, and have the same 2120 chip as above but from private sellers

There's a standalone memory tester that boots directly from bios - that would be a lot more reliable than a linux-based test. - https://www.memtest86.com/
Actually, looks like windows now has something similar built-in ? https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-test-your-pc-for-failing-hardware/
I do remember in the old days that building a linux kernel on a pc was the acid test that all the hardware was working correctly : it was such an intensive process that it pushed a pc to the limits. Indeed one pc I was issued at work failed this test. Of course windows has probably moved on since then, and is no doubt equally capable of using the hardware fully. (I think the above was in the days of NT 4.)0 -

If the reallocation numbers increase over time, the disk is definitely crying for help. But it's not impossible those reallocations happened a long time ago, and the drive will continue to work fine.
If you had important data on the disk, I'd definitely be saying to make sure you have a backup. (But then I'd be saying that regardless of whether there were any anomalies reported - disks can fail without warning.)
I have no idea if that would be causing your IRQL error. I wouldn't have thought so, but not my area of expertise.0 -
Is anyone else getting an alert from their security software when opening this thread...?
Malwarebytes reckons postimg.cc contains malware.
