Morning,
Partner's son turned 20 years old on 20th June. He is in full time education. Younger child is almost 16. CSA withdraw from his wage on approx 25th of the month. Should he be receiving a letter of advice from CSA to tell him he won't be paying for son after this last payment (on June 25th), is it stopped automatically or does he need to contact CSA to tell them his son's now 20?
Thanks in advance,

In answer to your question, call them and tell them. They will be alerted to the end date but it will be actioned more promptly if you remind them...0

It's madness either way.
He's a 20yr old man who shouldn't be getting forced money0 -
