Only you know what was agreed and what if anything was signed. I fear with a dealership last year where we paid a 500 holding deposit but was clear at the time of paying it that the amount was refundable on change of mind.0

I didn!!!8217;t order a car, did it for good will for the finance.
Nothing was signed, that!!!8217;s the issue. It!!!8217;s £500 of my cars and a receipt for !!!8220;deposit!!!8221; for a car that!!!8217;s not ordered nor finance.0 -
£1200 difference so I will say I!!!8217;ll buy extras if he reduces the price. Or walk away, probably not lol.0

To get the finance quote sorted.... and I’ve been to another garage and it’s been refundable.0 -
