I have now received my court request to submit my documents by 1st Nov for the court case in March 2020. Can someone kindly help direct me on how I need to write the witness statement.

With having had this hanging over your head for so long, I would have thought you'd have read that section a number of times already as it's specially written by legally qualified and court-savvy trusted contributors for private parking charge court cases.Hi All

Thanks for directing me. Unfortunately life has been better and having to deal with a divorce and credit card fraud meant this was pushed to the bottom of the pile. I now have a few weeks to race through a witness statement and get it sent out.
