    35 days ta.

Don't worry about context atm, I will add it back when/if needed. Removed it just incase they tried to use it against me.

    Thanks

    I asked several questions.

You appear not to have answered them.

    Good luck. I'm out.

35 days is pretty much what they should comply with.

With all the deleted posts we now have no context. Advising without context is risky.

It was answered then deleted, your advise was clear and helpful thanks again.

I will update the thread as I hear anything. (Keith, don't get the qouting system on here)

Had a reply to my blue response regarding not being the driver.

They have replied saying I was in the carpark for under 15 minutes (accurate time given)

Lowered about by such and such a date. (14 days)

    POPLA code provided.

Whats next? some waffle about them having to inform me about Ombudsman services and that they don't take part in the ADR service (because why would they do anything legal)

actually, they have replied stating the VEHICLE with DRIVER was in that car park for that duration, they monitor vehicles , not people

if you have a POPLA code, then appeal to POPLA by drafting a popla appeal after reading post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, which will be uploaded as a PDF choosing OTHER once completed, ideally within 28 days but no more than 33 days max

You are at POPLA stage as fully expected, as shown on all NCP threads (read some!).

As you have removed all your posts, we have no idea what this case is even about so please answer this question first:
Parking offence was on the 23/4 and the demand was issued on the 31/05/18
Was there a windscreen PCN on 23rd April? What's the contravention?

    No Ticket in the window.
No previous warnings, just a demmand for the £100 with no appeal.
Didn't park and leave the car, just went in there realised it was too much and left after a less then 15 minute period.
Replied with not driver of the car as advised by you. Removed it due to people saying they watch the forums.

The letter dated 31st May does offer appeal, and must say whether a PCN was 'served' to the driver, or not.

And it must say what the contravention was.

Tell us all of the above.

  • Thanks for all your help people. I submitted the above and the following came back today.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference xxxxxxxxxxx.

NCP have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    Yours sincerely
