Freeview retune lost channels

Can no longer get itv ch 4 ch5 on any of our sets have tried retuning but only picks up bbc 1 and 2 and a total of 25 channels.

Don't retune on a sunny day or when it is actually raining. From personal experience high cloud cover (no sun or other atmospheric issues) gives the best results.0

To retune Freeview you first unplug the aerial and do a full re-scan, this clears any stored channels. Once it's finished, pug the aerial back in and do it all over again.0
