I thought that - perhaps they have all settled to the bottom of the box ?
I still do what I did as a child - turn the box upside down when first opening and open the bottom end, convinced my first bowl will be loaded with all the raisins that have sunk to the bottom.

I have received a reply to my email to Sainsbury's
They deny that the ingredients have changed - so it must just be a glitch - twice !!

Are you not aware there are other supermarkets selling their own brand cereals, if you don't like one try another!

After all it's not rocket science. Even an "experienced" IT tech should be able to work that out. :rotfl:

So what does the Sainsbury's food part of the business make after you strip out the profitable Argos?

Have a read of their financial report if you're that interested. I'm not a Sainsburys auditor and really don't care to dig down into detail that has no relevance for me.

However, as stated above they are still the 2nd biggest UK supermarket so not exactly my definition of 'dead'.
  • I find all Sainsburys cereal rubbish as well as most of their food!

You think Sainsburys is quality but last couple years their food has become tasteless and cheap.
Other supermarkets are far superior in taste and much cheaper.

Strange that Sainsburys Heinz beans are lower quality than Tesco Heinz beans....
One would not have exppected much difference ?

Several decades ago, when Tesco was the new arrival and was looked on as the barrow boy of supermarkets, but was the only place my mum could afford to shop, she used Sainsbury's bags to carry home her Tesco shopping, as she thought it looked more up-market to shop there!:-)
