  • Don't you think a sample size of 1 bowl is a little small to be accusing Sainsburys of scrimping on raisins?

I thought that - perhaps they have all settled to the bottom of the box ?

Probably still cheaper in the long run to buy the own-brand and supplement with your own raisins.

They do cheap packs of mixed nuts/ fruit/ exotic fruit in Lidl.

Perhaps their equivalent of fruit and fibre is better than Sainsburys. Wouldn't know as I detest cereal.

I've had Sainsbury's Basic Muesli and had experiences of loads in one pocket and fewer in another.

It's how it's mixed in the factory that gives you tons or barely any.

Personally I hate these cheap bulk filler raisins and are happiest when there's barely any.

Seemingly quite a lot of people as their sales and profits numbers rose last year.

So what does the Sainsbury's food part of the business make after you strip out the profitable Argos?
