Shhh, don't tell everyone but it appears to be working just at the moment. I have successfully logged on and achieved something. Was not looking forward to running the receptionist gauntlet which was looking like the only option.0

24 hours later and still not working,site claims it does not recognise my mail address, mobile phone number or user number, yet eventually mails me a re-set password help to my mail address that it does not recognise, without me telling it what my mail address is, then says it has timed out when I try to re-set my password, I swear my 4 year old Grandson could have made a better job of this than the so called experts that implemented this mess0
